                                   Charles W. (Chuck) Jongeward  has held positions of Chief Operating Officer in multinational

                                             corporations and biotechnology startup firms and has a clear understanding of the organizational               

                                             problems that face both large and small companies.  His broad-based experience within the chemical

                                             industry includes human and animal pharmaceuticals, crop protection, food ingredients, polymer coatings,

                                             detergents and personal care products.   He has managed food processing firms for both animal and

                                             human consumption, ranging from micro-nutrient blending of dog food to oat fiber for breakfast cereals

                                             and biotech dietary supplements. 

 

Chuck has led strategic repositioning and financial turnarounds of under-performing global. regional and small family business entities through complex market and customer segmentation of undifferentiated products, financial control systems, improved manufacturing footprints and product quality improvement.

                                            effectiveness of key business operations.   His strategic leadership combined with a broad based

                                            experience in the life sciences, industrial and specialty chemicals, and crop protection enable him to

                                            provide outstanding advice.
